Embroidery Process

1. Design & Proof – You provide your logo or design. We create a digital proof showing exact sizing, colors, and placement.

2. Customer Approval – Once you approve the proof, we move your design into production.

3. Digitizing & Stitchout – Your artwork is converted into a stitch file that tells our embroidery machines exactly how to sew your design. We then complete a stitchout sample and send it to you for review to make sure it’s perfect before full production.

4. Setup & Stitching – We load your garments and our machines stitch your design with precision.

5. Finishing & Quality Check – Each piece is trimmed, cleaned, and inspected to ensure crisp stitching and professional quality.
